FAQs
What locations do your photoshoot packages cover?
These rates are only for video shoots that occur outdoors in Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans. Please ask us for a quote for travel costs outside of Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans.
Can I book you for a video shoot at the tulip fields?
Video shoots at tulip fields do not incur an extra travel charge if booked together with a tulip photoshoot. Video shoots at tulip fields incur an extra charge of +€100 if booked individually.
What happens if I’m running late?
We will wait 10 minutes then begin counting your booked time. If we have back-to-back shoots, we will inform you if you are late and will not be able to adjust your time slot.
How long will it take to receive my edited video(s)?
The editing time indicated on each videography package is calculated from the day of our video shoot.
How many videographers will come to my video shoot?
All video shoots are with one videographer unless you book a 2nd shooter.
What if it rains during my video shoot?
Weather in the Netherlands can be unpredictable! If there is a light rain, we’ll provide clear umbrellas. If there is heavy rain, we’ll reschedule.
